Norton's relationship to its students continues after graduation. This is the reason for establishing an alumni club. The Alumni Association was formally organized on 17 March 2002, two years after the first graduates from four faculties (Business Administration, Economic Science, Computer Science and Law).

The official name of the association is Norton University Alumni Association (NUAA). The first alumni gathering was held at Norton University Campus in 2002, election of officers was conducted and the first president of the organization is Miss Seng Huoy, Batch II alumnae.

The alumni homecoming was attended by its first and second batches of graduates. The officers were inducted immediately and they vowed to fulfill their duties. The organization's motto is to serve others before self.
