Norton University is the oldest private university of Cambodia. It was established to complement the government in providing higher learning to a growing number of qualified people who are eager to advance their knowledge. We envicsion that Norton University would become a Center of Higher Learning that would be open to all, regardless of beliefs, nation origin, gender, or social background.

Our Commitment

To the students - continuously providing high quality academic services complemented with research-based pedagogy; facilitating and managing independent learning; preserving the traditional Khmer values and culture, and inculcating and developing national pride.

To the Staff - pursuing professional development for both academic and non-academic staff and;

To the Nation - promoting peace, justice and development and reinforcing mutually beneficial links with local and international community.

The University provides a full range of student services, such as computer laboratories, special engineering laboratory, library, sports activities, social events to promote personal and professional growth.
